Verkstovan fevnir seg um tvørfakliga gransking og samstarv, har sjóneykan verður sett á ymsar avbjóðingar í arktiska økinum.
Millum tey evni, sum verða tikin upp, eru aðrir og nýggir samstarvs møguleikar innan gransking og undirvísing, við støðið í føroyskum royndargrundlagið. Verkstovan miðsavnar seg um innlit áskoðan í arktiska gransking og útbúgving, ið verða umrødd, umframt logistik við innovatión, kapasitet samanseting og týðandi samfelagsliga vitan. Heitið á verkstovuni er Arctic Science in Action.
